Воду очищают 88 фильтров

Событием года оргкомитет и жюри конкурса общественного признания «Курская антоновка» назвали ввод в строй станции обезжелезивания воды. Это поможет улучшению снабжения горожан качественной питьевой водой. Более подробно об этом рассказывает заместитель главы администрации Курска Юрий КОСЫРЕВ:

– Строительство станции велось в рамках реализации мероприятий подпрограммы «Модернизация объектов коммунальной инфраструктуры» федеральной целевой программы «Жилище» на 2011-2015 годы, муниципальной целевой программы «Улучшение водоснабжения города Курска» на 2009-2013 годы.
На площадке Киевского водозабора построены станция обезжелезивания воды, на которой смонтировано 88 фильтров производительность каждого в сутки – более 1000 кубических метров очищенной воды, трансформаторная подстанция, наружные инженерные сети, произведен монтаж технологического и электрооборудования, выполнены работы по благоустройству территории. В конце декабря прошлого года станция обезжелезивания введена в эксплуатацию.
Строительство ее осуществлялось по современным передовым технологиям. Для обезжелезивания воды применены шведские самопромывные фильтры Dynasand из нержавеющей стали с непрерывным режимом промывки. Установлено компрессорное оборудование фирмы «Атлас Копко». Три компрессора обеспечивают бесперебойную работу всех 88 фильтров.
Для дезинфекции и очистки питьевой воды смонтирована станция дозирования реагентов для механической очистки воды от взвешенных частиц. Там немецкое оборудование, а в ламельном отделении шведское, кстати, насосное оборудование – немецкого и датского производства.
Ввод в действие станции позволяет довести качество питьевой воды, подаваемой с действующих Киевского, Рышковского и строящегося Шумаковского водозаборов, до нормативных значений по содержанию железа, марганца и общей жесткости, снизить уровень износа объектов водоснабжения.
Строительство велось в соответствии с рабочим проектом, откорректированным ОАО «Воронежский проектный институт «Воронежпроект» и согласованным с МУП «Курскводоканал». Технологическую часть проекта разрабатывало ЗАО «Ионообменные технологии» (Москва).
Основанием для выбора внедренной на станции технологии очистки воды стали следующие факторы:
 – минимальные потери добытой воды при очистке (до 2%);
– фильтровальным элементом является природный материал – кварцевый песок определенной фракции;
 – для промывки фильтра не требуется остановки работы всей системы, это не снижает производительности станции и не требует дополнительного расхода воды на промывку.
Добытая из подземных источников вода подается в так называемую камеру исходной воды, где в нее добавляется гипохлорит натрия, и производится аэрация (насыщение) воды кислородом из воздуха, что приводит к ускорению процессов окисления железа с образованием хлопьевидного осадка. Затем вода распределяется по фильтрам, где происходит ее очистка от осадка и примесей. Уже очищенной она по системе трубопроводов подается в резервуары чистой воды, затем – потребителям. Вода, используемая для промывки фильтров, поступает в ламельное отделение, в котором  очищается от железа и примесей, после чего снова – в камеру исходной воды. Осадок, образовавшийся в ламельном отделении, подается в систему канализации и на городские очистные сооружения.
В воде, прошедшей очистку на станции обезжелезивания, содержится всего 0,3 мг/л железа. Для сравнения: у исходной воды этот показатель – около 1 мг/л.
Мощность построенной станции – 90 тыс. кубометров очищенной воды в сутки.
Стоимость ее строительства составила в общей сложности около 684 млн рублей, из них более 480 млн потрачено на покупку оборудования. За годы строительства из федерального бюджета было выделено около 433 млн рублей, из областного – 141 млн рублей, из городского – более 110 млн рублей, которые освоены в полном объеме.
Что касается проблемы вторичного загрязнения воды, она  имеет место быть из-за транспортировки ее по трубопроводам, срок службы которых составляет 30 и более лет. МУП «Курскводоканал» на протяжении последних трех лет ведет работу по реконструкции и замене изношенных стальных магистральных водоводов на полиэтиленовые с применением водосберегающей запорной арматуры. Строительство новых сетей также проектируется из высокопрочных и износостойких материалов.
Уже построено и реконструировано более 20 км водоводов, из них в 2013-м – более 10 км. Работы по замене магистральных водоводов протяженностью порядка 22 км будут продолжены и в 2014-2015 годах.
Ввод в действие станции обезжелезивания позволил обеспечить более качественной водой жителей Центрального, Железнодорожного и части Сеймского округов. Остальная часть курян (1/3) обеспечивается водой из подземных водоносных горизонтов, отвечающей требованиям санитарных норм. Питьевая вода курских водозаборов безопасна в эпидемиологическом и радиационном отношении, безвредна по химическому составу. В 2014-2015 годах реализация мероприятий по улучшению качества питьевой воды в Курске будет продолжена в рамках подпрограммы «Модернизация объектов коммунальной инфраструктуры» федеральной целевой программы «Жилище».
